Arrangements for home learning

Dear Families,

Unfortunately, have are experiencing significant staff shortages due to COVID. As a result, we are not able to cover a number of classes over next week. The Department of Education and Training has given permission for us to have Year Levels remain at home on various days across next week. We will be monitoring each day to ensure we only keep students home if there is a significant shortage of teachers and we are not able to cover classes. Families will be notified in advance if this changes and their child can continue their learning at school.

At this stage the arrangements for home learning are:

Monday 28^th March – all Year 8 students

Wednesday 30^th March – all Year 9 students

Friday 1^st April – all Year 10 students

Monday 4^th April – all Year 7 students.

Students will be able to access lessons on Compass to complete work while they are at home. Remote learning will not be provided during this time.

Year 11 and 12 students will continue to learn at school every day.

The Year 7 Camp will continue as planned from Monday 28^th March to Wednesday 30^th March

We will continue to monitor this throughout the week and keep you updated. Thanks for your support as we work together to manage the current COVID impact on our school.
