Dear Year 12 students and families,
The Department of Education and Training has set up a priority vaccination programme for final year students. This includes students enrolled in a Unit 3/4 course in Year 11. It will run from September 7 to September 17.
Bookings for appointments will commence from 8:00 am Monday September 6 on 1800 434 144.
Parent/guardian consent is not required. Students without their own Medicare card will need an Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI). Attached are instructions to help you get an IHI.
The vaccine to be used is Pfizer. The vaccine will be delivered at the state hubs (in Shepparton, the McIntosh Centre at the Showgrounds). Students who already have an appointment should keep that appointmentâ€
Regards,
Barbara O’Brien
Executive Principal
